王国理，字创业，号佐轩。男，汉，生于1951年12月，甘肃通渭人。毕业于西北师范大学，中学高级教师，多次被评为通渭县高考教学能手、定西市骨干教师。1987年荣获甘肃省园丁奖。系中华教育艺术研究会会员，中国教育教学丛书编委会委员。2000年被《中华优秀人物大典》审委会，评定为中华优秀人物。2001年被《世界优秀专家人才名典》审委会审定为世界优秀专家人才。现为中国孔子书画家协会北京中心副主席、中国孔子书画研究院北京中心院长。中国国际书法艺术家协会理事、中国国际书画艺术家协会会员、中国炎黄书画研究院院士、中国书画家协会理事、中华文人艺术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员，中国硬笔书法协会会员。擅长行、草、篆、隶、楚简等。曾多次参加省级、国家级大型书展并获奖。
从1990年至1995年连续五年合著《高中思想政治学习向导》一书，由湖北科学技术出版社出版，发行全国。1996年9月，合著的《高中版化学同步导训精编》一书，由吉林人民出版社出版，发行全国。《化学临高考前的复习设计》一文，在《中小学教学与研究》杂志2003年第九期上发表。在《西北师大学报》、《甘肃省教育学院学报》、《中学教学》等杂志上发表论文40多篇。在全国教育教学优秀论文评选活动中，被评为一等奖六次。二等奖八次。
善写古体诗词、对联，不同题材的诗词200多首，对联400多副。分别发表于《中华诗词》、《当代诗词》、《上海诗词》、《福建诗词》、《全球名家诗词精选》、《中国对联精选》、《中国对联大观》等书刊。幷获一、二等奖十余次。
用二十多年的时间，编撰了100多万字的《黑石头村志》，2003年由兰州大学出版社出版，免费发放村民；创修王氏、陈氏、杨氏、高氏、令氏、魏氏、窦氏等家谱20余万字。2007年12月中国书法家协会举办的第九届书法篆刻展中，经评审委员会评审，创作的书法楷书条幅作品，被评为入展作品。
2010年1月编撰了《牛谷春秋》，200多万字，由中国文化出版社出版发行。2011年12月，中国书法家协会举办的第十届书法篆刻展中，经评审委员会评审，创作的书法行书条幅作品，被评为入展作品。2012年6月收到了中国书法家协会颁发的《中国书法家协会会员证》。2011年9月编辑了《王创业书法作品集》，由中国文化出版社出版发行。2011年至2019年编撰的《祧苑春秋》巨著由中国文化出版社出版，囎发村民。2017年11月，书法作品在二王奖第二届全国书法大赛中荣获金奖。书法作品2019年2月，在香港国际大型拍卖会上，是拍卖之冠，广东电视台现场采访，广东卫视新闻联播。2022年11月CCTW《新时代：新经典》，当代书法邀请展。2023/2024年新春，中央电视台《书画国际频道》栏目组，向国内国际联播报道。2023年9月，中央电视台书画频道聘请为“签约书法家。”2023年庆祝中华人民共和国成立74周年，中央电视台书画艺术频道向国内国际联合报道，书画交流。2025年，2026年新年中央电视台书画艺朮频道向国内国际联合报道。百度网输入王国理，可看到王国理先生的书法在各大网站上的风采。
Wang Guoli, also known as Chuangye and Zuo Xuan. Male, Han, born in December 1951, from Tongwei, Gansu. Graduated from Northwest Normal University, a senior high school teacher, and has been repeatedly rated as a teaching expert in the college entrance examination in Tongwei County and a backbone teacher in Dingxi City. In 1987, he was awarded the Gardener Award by Gansu Province. He is a member of the Chinese Education Art Research Association and a member of the editorial board of the Chinese Education Teaching Series. In 2000, he was recognized as an outstanding figure in China by the review committee of the "Chinese Outstanding Figures Encyclopedia". In 2001, it was approved by the review committee of the "World Excellent Expert Talent Dictionary" as a world excellent expert talent. I am currently the Vice Chairman of the Beijing Center of the Chinese Confucius Calligraphy and Painting Association and the Director of the Beijing Center of the Chinese Confucius Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. Member of China International Calligraphers Association, member of China International Calligraphers and Painters Association, academician of China Yanhuang Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, member of China Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of China Writers and Artists Association, member of China Calligraphers Association, and member of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. Proficient in cursive script, seal script, clerical script, Chu bamboo slips, etc. Has participated in several large-scale book fairs at the provincial and national levels and won awards.
From 1990 to 1995, he co authored the book "Guide to High School Ideological and Political Learning" for five consecutive years, which was published by Hubei Science and Technology Press and distributed nationwide. In September 1996, he co authored the book "High School Version of Chemistry Synchronous Guidance Training Compilation", which was published by Jilin People's Publishing House and distributed nationwide. The article "Review Design for Chemistry Entrance Examination" was published in the 9th issue of the journal "Teaching and Research in Primary and Secondary Schools" in 2003. Published over 40 papers in journals such as Northwest Normal University Journal, Gansu Education College Journal, and Middle School Teaching. Proficient in writing ancient style poetry and couplets, with over 200 poems and 400 couplets on different themes. Published in books and magazines such as "Chinese Poetry", "Contemporary Poetry", "Shanghai Poetry", "Fujian Poetry", "Selected Poems of Global Famous Poets", "Selected Chinese Couplets", "A Grand View of Chinese Couplets", etc. And won first and second prizes more than ten times.
Over the course of more than 20 years, I compiled the "Heishitou Village Chronicle" with over 1 million words, which was published by Lanzhou University Press in 2003 and distributed to villagers for free; Created and edited genealogies of over 200000 words for the Wang, Chen, Yang, Gao, Ling, Wei, Dou, and other families. In the 9th Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition held by the Chinese Calligraphers Association in December 2007, the calligraphy and regular script banner works created by the evaluation committee were selected as exhibited works.
In January 2010, he compiled "Niugu Chunqiu" with over 2 million words, which was published and distributed by China Culture Publishing House. In December 2011, at the 10th Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition held by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the calligraphy running script banner works created by the evaluation committee were selected as exhibited works. In June 2012, I received the "Membership Certificate of the Chinese Calligraphers Association" issued by the Chinese Calligraphers Association. In September 2011, the "Wang Chuangye Calligraphy Works Collection" was edited and published by China Culture Publishing House. The monumental work "Spring and Autumn Annals of Zuoyuan" compiled from 2011 to 2019 was published by China Culture Publishing House and distributed to villagers. In November 2017, the calligraphy work won the gold medal in the Second National Calligraphy Competition of the Second Wang Award. In February 2019, the calligraphy works were the top of the auction at the Hong Kong International Auction, which was interviewed by Guangdong TV Station and broadcast by Guangdong Satellite TV News Network.
