施耐德电气今日宣布，首席财务官希拉里·马克森（HilaryMaxson）将于2026年4月5日离任，赴美国开启下一段职业发展。

施耐德电气首席执行官奥利维耶·布鲁姆（OlivierBlum）表示：“在施耐德电气任职期间，希拉里为公司作出了卓越贡献，助力我们推进能源科技使命。我谨代表施耐德电气，感谢希拉里的投入与领导力。她是执行委员会中备受认可的成员，也感谢她为平稳交接所做的安排。”

希拉里·马克森表示：

“我非常感恩在施耐德电气的时光，也为我们共同取得的成就感到自豪。这段经历弥足珍贵，感谢全体施耐德电气团队始终如一的支持。”

希拉里·马克森于2017年5月加入施耐德电气，担任能源管理业务高级副总裁兼财务负责人。

针对这一关键职位，公司已在第三方高管猎头机构支持下，开展全面的内外部人才寻访。经审慎评估并在董事会全力支持下，奥利维耶·布鲁姆决定任命内森·法斯特（NathanFast）为新任首席财务官，自2026年4月6日起生效。

内森为美国公民，2007年加入施耐德电气，现任投资者关系部负责人。

奥利维耶·布鲁姆表示：
