- 核沸腾：核沸腾是一种在表面温度高于饱和流体温度一定程度但热流量低于临界热流量时发生的沸腾现象。对于水来说，如下图所示，核沸腾发生在表面温度高于饱和温度（TS）10到30摄氏度（18到54华氏度）之间。临界热流量是在核沸腾和过渡沸腾之间曲线上的峰值。表面到液体的热传递大于膜沸腾。
